"Good value when you're in a hurry"
I’ve used iParkit a few times now, usually when I’m kind of rushed and don’t want to waste time driving around looking for parking. The price has been better than just winging it, and the app worked fine for me. The garage was easy enough to find, though the signs inside could be a little clearer. Overall, it’s been a good value for what I paid.

"It helped, but don’t expect quick support"
It did end up helping, so I can’t say it was a total waste, but the whole process felt slow. I also don’t fully trust customer service to actually stay on top of things, so I was kind of expecting delays. Overall, it worked, just not as quickly as I would’ve liked...

"Made downtown parking way less stressful"
I used iparkit when I needed an accessible spot closer to where I was going downtown, and it made things a lot easier. The parking info was clear, so I wasn’t circling around getting annoyed before my appointment. I even had time to grab a coffee after parking, which almost never happens. The app was simple to use and I didn’t run into any real issues.

"Login keeps giving me trouble"
I keep having trouble logging in, and it feels like it only works about half the time. I’ve checked my emails and receipts to make sure I’m using the right info, but it still acts up randomly. Frustrating when I just want to get into my account quickly

"Quick and easy booking"
I used iParkit to book a parking spot it was straightforward. I wasn’t really paying attention to all the extra details on the site, just focused on getting a spot reserved, and it only took me about two minutes. The only thing that caught me off guard was the confirmation page — I wish it was a little clearer. Other than that, it worked well and I’d use it again.

"Easy enough for a first time using it"
I used iparkit for the first time and overall it was smooth. The directions were clear, and the signs around the garage really helped, especially when I was leaving. I did slow down a little at the entrance because it was not super obvious at first, but once I figured that out, everything was fine. I would use it again.

I used iParkit because the garage was right near where I needed to be, and it made the whole trip so much easier. My sister was with me, and we were both relieved not to have to circle around looking for parking or deal with a long walk afterward. The location was easy to find too. I’d definitely use it again next time I’m in that area

"A Surprisingly Peaceful Parking Victory"

I’ve been using iParkit for monthly parking by my office, and for the most part it’s been straightforward. I’m not using every feature or anything, just getting in and out during the week, but the pass usually works and the app wasn’t hard to figure out.
The only annoying part is the gate scanner sometimes needs a couple tries, and one time support took longer than I expected when I had a billing question. It got sorted out, though, and I haven’t really had any major problems since...

"Worked, But I Expected a Bit More"
I used iParkit a few times, and to be fair, the spots were actually available when I got there, so I didn’t have to drive around forever. That part was nice. It was simple to use and worked okay for me, but I was a little disappointed because I expected the overall experience to feel smoother.

"Reservation Was Right, Signage Could Try a Little Harder"
I booked a spot on iparkit and, shockingly enough, the reservation details actually matched what I picked. The date, time, and garage were all correct, which was definitely appreciated. The only little hiccup was finding the entrance, since the sign wasn’t exactly going out of its way to be seen. But once I double-checked and figured it out, the parking itself was fine and I had no issues getting in.

"Refund took a bit, but they made it right"
I ended up getting charged the wrong amount for parking, so I had to reach out and ask for a refund. It did take a couple of days to hear back, which was a little annoying, but once support responded, they handled it smoothly and didn’t make me jump through a bunch of hoops. In my opinion, it wasn’t a perfect experience, but they fixed the issue and I got my money back, so I’m satisfied overall.

"Quick in, quick out"
I pulled up expecting the usual little hassle with parking, but getting in was actually super easy. The scanner worked on the first try, which was a nice surprise, and I was parked quickly. Leaving took a few extra seconds for the gate to sort itself out, but it wasn’t a big deal at all. Overall, it was a smooth experience, and I’d definitely use it again as long as the price is reasonable.

I’ve used iparkit a few times, the garage hours were actually accurate every time. No showing up late at night just to find some closed gate because the info was wrong, which has happened to me with other places and is beyond annoying. It’s such a basic thing, but apparently not everyone can get it right. iparkit did, and it saved me a lot of hassle.
